Groundstrokes was born in 2006 as a neighborhood tennis coaching program at Brigade Millenium, J.P Nagar. The propelling force for this was an ardent love for tennis and a genuine enthusiasm to spread this love for the sport. Since then, the program has been very well received, and demand so high that a parallel program was setup at L&T South City, Bannerghata Road in 2009. What sets us apart is the hands-on nature of the program where the head coach is on the ground with the students for all classes. Also, we admit limited number of students per batch, to ensure students are paid high attention. Groundstrokes is known for training tennis aspirants from all age groups, with a special focus on the kids program. During the program, students are exposed to a variety of drills, games, match plays and mental training. "I really got into watching Boris Becker when I was four or five years old.
